Critical Process Air Handling (Food Processing) - Criterion Series
Any room or ambient conditions can be addressed by the Criterion's capabilities. Special attention is paid to unit casing construction. For example, Standard double-wall casing thickness from 1 1/2" to 4" are available. Completely selaed interior metal liners prevent ecposed insulation and provide a very cleanable surface. This is combined with optional washable drain pan style floors or even NoThruMetal™ for high differential temperatures.
Drain Pan Style Floor
Standard G-90 Galvanized Steel or optional 304 Stainless Steel Floors are formed and welded into 3-way positive pitch completely draining pans. Each pan has its drain connection extended to the unit exterior to provide a full wash down capable unit. You can choose the right construction materials to match your cleaning solutions.
