Another CDI Dehumidifier Installed

Q Applied Systems has successfully provided another Climate by Design International (CDI) desiccant air handling unit, which was recently commissioned at a leading S&P 500 semiconductor manufacturer. This unit, with a capacity of 15,000 CFM, is designed to manage make-up air and dehumidification for a new plant expansion. The CDI CDH Series is a fully integrated desiccant air handling system, featuring factory-installed cooling coils, air filtration, a face-and-bypass damper for precise desiccant dehumidification control, spring-isolated supply fans with airflow measurement and VFD control, and comprehensive onboard controls factory-wired to the main control panel.

Desiccant Dehumidification Demand is Great

The demand for desiccant dehumidification remains robust across many market segments. Whether you need a 500 CFM stand-alone unit for an R&D lab or a 50,000 CFM fully integrated unit for an ultra-low dew point application, CDI can collaborate with you from inception to completion. Given that manufacturing lead times in the desiccant industry are often longer than anticipated, involving CDI and your local CDI representative early in your project is advisable to fully understand your requirements and provide the necessary solutions.
