Neil brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in engineering, sales, and leadership. With a background in chemical engineering and extensive experience in the HVAC and manufacturing sectors, Neil’s expertise aligns perfectly with CDI’s mission to improve people’s lives while creating dry air solutions with innovative equipment.

By offloading responsibilities from the Vice President and bringing his project management mindset, Neil aims to provide significant value to both the company and its customers.

Tamppari holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Arizona.
