Building with Purpose: Our Project
Our nominated project repurposed an underutilized site into a high-functioning, energy-efficient space tailored to operational needs while contributing to the broader community vision.
“This recognition is a reflection of the incredible teamwork and vision that went into bringing this project to life,” said Patrick McDermott, Director of Manufacturing Operations at Climate by Design International. “We’re proud to be part of something that supports not only our operations, but also the broader Owatonna community.”
The 2025 MN Real Estate Journal Awards will be held on May 1 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington, bringing together leaders in commercial real estate from across the state.
Congratulations to all the finalists—especially our fellow Owatonna changemakers.
