Reps from Across the Country Attend National Sales Training at CDI

This past week, we hosted National Sales Training for our reps from all across the U.S.A.  We have Independent HVAC and Industrial/Food Representatives who have been with our organization since 1996 and others who have recently joined our team.  This training is an opportunity to bring us all together, learn from the CDI team and each other, build relationships, and have some fun!

“CDI desiccant dehumidifiers do the job so well, that even our humor is dry.  Our dry humor combined with some awesome technical, applications, and product training were capped off with a phenomenal plant tour (not forgetting a round of competitive bowling).  All of this made our 2017 Representative Meeting another CDI success,” says Tom Peterson, CEO and Founder.  “Thanks to all for coming and the CDI staff for making it happen.  It’s an honor to serve such a great organization.”

It is important to CDI to invest a lot of time training and communicating with our sales reps.  We consider it a process that never ends. Other training opportunities that we offer include a series of live and recorded webinars, Dr. Dry Talks, Lunch & Learns, etc. for ongoing learning. Our goal is to supply our reps with the tools they need to be successful in the field. 

We consider each of our representatives to be an extension of CDI.  We appreciate all that they do and look forward to their continued success!
