Tom Peterson, President of Climate by Design International (CDI) is pleased to announce that Mike Peterson has been promoted to Vice-President.

Mike has proven himself in every position he’s held at CDI.  He began his career at CDI in high school as a draftsman, and returned after finishing college to fill various management and leadership positions in product development, engineering, and sales.  Mike has brought outstanding business results in his most recent position as the Vice President of Sales Engineering by utilizing lean methodology, coaching and mentoring people, improving processes, and communicating effectively.
