We are pleased to announce the promotion of Reuben Flesner to Senior Design Engineer. Reuben has been working as an Applications Engineer for the past several years where he developed a solid foundation of our product designs. Reuben will be coordinating Product Development as well as Design Standardization at CDI.

Since 2016, CDI has hosted a company blood drive twice a year. We enjoyed our afternoon at the Owatonna High School Job Fair. "The job fair was open to freshmen through seniors looking for summer jobs or long-term employment," said Mark Randall, OHS principal. Blooming Prairie and Medford also sent some of their students over for the event.
Maintain the Momentum! was the theme for this year's 2017 NEISMA Spring Conference and Trade Show, April 23-26th. We enjoyed connecting with area rink operators, managers, and facility administrators. It was a pleasure to be one of the sponsors of this event.
